RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Valencia, CA that is seeking a Functional Lead - eCommerce Product Engineering.REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of experience with delivering technology products
- 8 years of demonstrated experience collaborating across an enterprise IT organization
- 8+ years of experience delivering large scale consumer facing system solutions
- 5-8 years of experience in functional aspect of technologies like Javascript, Ajax, Bootstrap, React, Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL
- 5+ years of experience translating E2E engineering solutions into functional documentation
- 3+ years of functional Adobe Experience Manager, SAP Hybris, MongDB and Algolia experience required
- Proven ability to build productive collaborative relationships, motive team members, and instill a positive can do attitude
- Strong experience leading engineering/technology profesionals
- Strong understanding of Web UI Technologies and frameworks such as React and Angular
- Proven experience on Product Testing and driving result through iterative testing
- Strong experience and understanding of Serverless Architecture
- Strong experience with REACT
- Strong experience and understanding of Event Driven Architecture
- Experience in the planning, analysis, and design of software application strategies
- Extensive knowledge of the system development life cycle, the customer area's functions and systems, and application program development alternatives
- Deep understanding of many software development methodologies
- Deep understanding and application of WCAG, PCI, PII, Encryption requirements
- Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, solid judgment and management skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and other IT professionals
- Subject Matter experience in Adobe Experience Manager
- Leadership, engagement, collaboration and other necessary skills
- Micros services & SPA experience preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
