Job Skills / Requirements

Duties: Duties: Strip/wax floors, Carpet cleaning, wall washing, clean and stock restrooms, vacuuming, dusting, trash, mopping, and other tasks related with general/projects cleaning. Vacuum using the backpack vacuum, dusting, trash, cleaning both men's and women's restrooms, and other assigned tasks. Must also be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and reach, and work at a constant pace. May also need to climb a three-step ladder.

Requirements: All applicants must be able to bend, stoop, reach high and low and work at a constant pace, able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, ability to communicate with supervisor and clients. Applicants must be detail oriented. Janitorial, custodial or general cleaning experience preferred. Marsden performs criminal history background checks on all new hires prior to placement.

Drug test required as well as 7 year criminal background check.
