1.) 5+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis
2.) 3+ years in a leadership role
3.) Onsite - 5 days in office
4.) Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting

We are a food and beverage company that sources, packages, and distributes our premium products to many well known retailers both domestically and internationally. Our company has rapidly grown over the years, and continued expansion is imminent. Due to that growth, are looking to add a skilled FP&A Manager to our team that has the ability to be a leader as well as an individual contributor.

What You Will Be Doing As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will oversee a talented team of individuals to assist the company and provide our leaders with key information on how their departments can continue to grow based on detailed reports. This role will require you to be numbers oriented, possess target goal setting skills, communicate effectively with others, strong leadership skills, and being able to provide accurate results.
What You Need for this Position *Requirements: *
1.) 5+ years experience in FP&A
2.) 3+years experience with people management
3.) Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
4.) Large ERP system knowledge
