Responsibilities include:

• 
  Compile financial reporting, understand results, and validate the integrity of the reporting to influence strategic decision-marking and planning. Utilize the use of data to identify and provide advice to business leadership.
  
• 
  Educate functional partners on financial and non-financial data points and the implications of their decisions as these communications will drive business decisions.
  
• 
  Make thoughtful judgement calls in ambiguous situations where data is either unavailable or unclear.
  
• 
  Work with functional teams to ensure key data is accurate, automated, timely and relevant.
  
• 
  Assist in the development of planning and forecasting; identify key variables that impact financial results.
  
• 
  Ability to work in team and cross-functional environments with competing priorities.
  

Education, Experience and Skills required:

• 
  Bachelor's degree, preferably in Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  
• 
  3 - 5 years' experience
  
• 
  Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  
• 
  Experienced with database administration
  
• 
  Experienced with SQL Server Analysis Services, Hyperion, and JD Edwards
  
• 
  Ability to travel between 15% to 25%
