Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.

OR

A minimum of 5 years professional experience in accounting, executive leadership support, foundation support, or higher education support.

Job Summary

The Foundation Fund Coordinator will serve as the representative of the Foundations to our various fund managers. The Fund Coordinator will maintain the master fund crosswalk listing and associated codification for all foundation funds. Working closely with foundation finance and accounting, the fund coordinator will provide fund reports to fund managers monthly and assist the donor engagement team with donor-centered reporting on an annual basis. The fund coordinator will also serve as a resource to foundation fund managers to accomplish foundation fund related functions. Additionally, the foundation fund coordinator will also provide administrative support to the AVP & CFO, Foundations.

The duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain master crosswalk of funds for GHSF and AUF foundations and coordinate access to fund reporting system to assigned fund users. Maintain original hard copies and electronic files for all foundation funds.
  • Serve as a resource to fund users to accomplish fund related functions such as, signatory updates, fund transfers, fund balance inquiries and identifying allowable expenditures under fund agreements.
  • Work closely with the Office of Financial Aid, University Business Office, and Donor Engagement team to facilitate foundation scholarship awards and provide fund activity for annual endowment or other stewardship reports.
  • Work closely with foundation accounting to prepare monthly and quarterly fund activity and balance reports for authorized fund users.
  • Serve as an administrative assistant to CFO foundations to include maintaining outlook calendar, and answer foundations main line.
  • Process and sort foundation Incoming and outgoing mall.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Shift/Salary

Shift: Days/M-F

Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position.
