Job Description
GPI, a multi-disciplinary ENR Top 100 engineering firm, seeks a dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead our growing offices in the Florida region as Florida Branch Manager from our Maitland, FL, office. As a key member of our leadership team, the successful candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of our Florida region operations, including full P&L responsibility, operations and project management, business development, client relations, and staff management. The Florida region includes multiple offices across Florida and locations in Louisiana and North Carolina. Core services include roadway/highway, transportation design, structural design, construction inspection, coatings/corrosion protection, and environmental/water resources engineering.
The GPI Branch Manager role requires strong leadership skills, decision-making capability, communication skills, and an understanding of overall consulting engineering business operations. Beyond the responsibilities to the Branch, the Florida Branch Manager is also expected to embody GPI's mission that together, we create the infrastructure that people need most.
