General Overview
Our MGB Respiratory Protection Program (RPP) leverages a shared services model that combines the expertise of our existing and ongoing entity-level RPP models which include entity clinics and Train the Trainer-supported unit-based fit testing, with support from central MGB OHS RPP fit testing technicians. By collaborating and sharing resources, we can ensure that our respiratory protection program is comprehensive, compliant, and effective, protecting the health and safety of our employees.
The MGB OHS RPP Technician will work under the direction of the OHS RPP Program Manager to provide support for the system's respiratory protection program. The RPP Technician will be responsible for conducting fit tests, providing education on the proper use of respiratory protection equipment, and performing equipment maintenance. The technician will also assist with program data collection and analysis, supply chain management, and other program-related tasks as assigned.
May be asked to travel to MGB entities and serves as resource for entity fit testing programs. Supports fit testing training including the train the trainer model, unit based fit testing activities, central clinic fit testing sessions and other related needs identified.
