This position is responsible for service, repair, maintenance, and inspections of fire alarm and life safety systems for the existing customer base. These services are critical for the ongoing customer service experience and satisfaction of the account base. The department has primary responsibility for customer retention through the responsiveness and provision of inspection, repair, support, and maintenance operations and service. This is the entry level position.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
The position provides direct inspections and service of customer systems. Responsibilities include interface with and support for internal customers, including office and sales teams. Work directly with customers to maintain relationships, perform conflict resolution, and achieve customer satisfaction for retention. The technician will be expected to expand their skill set into fire sprinkler and suppression systems.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT/ MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position includes primarily field time. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, bending, lifting, and climbing. Lifting will include up to 40 pounds. Extensive use of a personal computer and tablet is required. Use of hand and power tools is required on occasion.
