Inspire Brands is seeking a Financial System Manager - Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) to help build a robust risk management function in access governance. This position will be responsible for understanding the financial risks associated with system access and segregation of duties and establishing control solutions to mitigate those risks. Key duties will include assessment, design, implementation, and support of application Role Based Access Controls (RBAC), automated controls, and governance, risk and compliance (GRC). A successful candidate must be self-directed, able to manage multiple projects, willing to seek out opportunities to create value by streamlining processes, and effectively setting priorities and meeting deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing risk assessments related to application access and potential segregation of duties issues.
• Monitoring risk exposure and mitigating controls related to application access.
• Supporting transformation initiatives to achieve process excellence in the internal control environment.
• Develop, report, and track KPIs for access controls and drive process improvement opportunities.
• Lead requirements gathering for quarterly updates and security enhancements; coordinate testing with business users.
• Lead training and coordination efforts with business users, managers, and role owners on procedures for requesting and approving system access
• Report, remediate, and mitigate risk related to segregation of duties.
• Coordinate and oversees peer reviews and roundtable discussions and facilitate knowledge shares between business segments.
• Participate on the security and controls workstream of major transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate development and implementation of internal financial control standards as part of transformation projects.
• Collaborate with GRC Governance Committee on the review of segregation of duties and critical access rulesets and associated risk rankings for appropriateness and relevance.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field or any combination of the equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or certifications (CPA or CIA) a plus

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION

• 5+ years of demonstrated success in accounting or financial systems management with progressive responsibilities.
• 3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud/SaaS Role based application controls (RBAC), business process controls implementations and assessments.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

• Proficient in the use of GRC systems.
• Demonstrated ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to a problem.
• Excellent people development and team building skills, oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Strong Knowledge of Oracle Risk Management module, and/or SQL a plus.
