RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client is seeking a Financial Analyst in Ashburn, VA.Key Tasks:

• Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting management of strategic planning and annual budgets
• Leading the planning and forecasting processes for a division
• As a Financial Analyst, you will be providing analysis of monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual financial results
• Maintaining cash flow forecasts

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 2-4 years of related experience, preferably in a public company environment
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of full-scope financial statements required; SEC filing experience preferred
• Knowledge of cost accounting, including Federal CAS, FAR, DCAA compliance, and government contracting knowledge, strongly preferred
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency required; Deltek CostPoint and Cognos 8 experience strongly preferred
