RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client, a Digital Media, and SaaS Business with a very strong competitive position in its market, is seeking a Finance Manager for its Minneapolis, MN headquarters. This is an opportunity to work for a very stable Fortune 1000 company that operates in a very concentrated and stable industry. You will work with a world class mentor and VP. Benefits are fantastic. This is a business that has grown significantly the past few years - both revenue and profitability - all driven by its powerhouse digital and SaaS businesses. Work schedule post pandemic will be hybrid and only in office 1-2 days a week.Duties will include:

• Budgets
• Forecasts
• Variance analyses
• KPI
• Ad hoc analyses

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 5-10 years of experience
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, KPIs and financial modeling
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience is media, tech, or publishing industries a plus
