MCA is seeking a Field Technician for our Manassas VA area . Qualified candidates must be highly motivated, customer-oriented, and success-driven, while thriving in a dynamic, energetic, and competitive sales environment. Responsibility:

-Support Advanced/Lead Technicians during a project.

-Demonstrate proficiency and quality in the installation of project specific components and equipment which is

consistent with manufacturer and company standards.

-Assist in the installation and support various cable types (coaxial, fiber, Cat 5/6, etc.) in commercial and residential

environments to meet desired quality standards.

-Demonstrate ability to use basic hand and power tools.

-Demonstrate ability to work in a professional manner at all job sites.

-Assist in the completion of installations in a diverse range of buildings… including stadiums, motor speedways, hospitals, schools, office buildings and multi-family homes.

-Maintain safe, clean and orderly tools and work area.

-Maintain customer confidence by performing outstanding work.

Required Qualifications:

-Must possess a High School Diploma or GED (Associate Degree Preferred)

-1 year of technical experience, or a combination of related education / experience.

-Willingness to learn new technologies in public safety and wireless communications and equipment.

-Demonstrate ability to read and understand design plans and bills of material.

-Hands-on experience with project specific OEMs.

-Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, establish priorities, work independently as well as part of a

team, and proceed with objectives with some supervision.

-Must be able to interact and communicate professionally.

-Proven track record of reliability, integrity and responsibility.

-Ability to travel as needed.
