Field Superintendent If you are a Field Superintendent with at least +3 years of commercial construction experience, please read on!

If you are a ambitious and experienced Field Superintendent, then we have a place for you on our team.
What You Will Be Doing - Maintain project safety in accordance with Company's Safety Policy
- Develop and update project schedule (Based on project size)
- Prepare 2 week look ahead schedules (Based on project size)
- Update project schedules utilizing computerized scheduling software
- Assist with buyout and selection of major subcontractors (Based on project size)
- Communicate effectively with owners, designers, and engineers
- Coordinate the work of the subcontractors' field forces
- Maintain accurate cost reports
What You Need for this Position *Required:*
- High School Diploma; Industry related degree is preferred
- At least 3 years of professional commercial construction experience
- Proficient in Procore
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Strong team leadership skills and ability to communicate
- Strong time management and project organizational skills
