Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are looking for a Field Technical Specialist in our Western US market.

Job Summary

The Field Application Specialist will report to the National Manager and is responsible for supporting the field technical needs of the existing Advanced Waterproofing product line business within the Henry BES West region. The position is also focused on supporting the successful application of products through mobilization, maintenance, and training customer base on the use of company fleet of polyurea equipment. This position operates within a highly recognized product environment and will partner with sales leadership, sales support, technical department and marketing to achieve sales and technical objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Proactively target new business, particularly those whose segment focus aligns with the specific product
* Work collaboratively with entire sales and technical team to ensure product applications are effectively
* Oversee the core product programs with our equipment distributor partners and customer base.
* Support the existing core product project pipeline with technical field support.
* Participate and collaborate with the technical team for the specific Carlisle training platform.
* Organizing regular maintenance and upkeep of company equipment inventory
* Ensuring that all equipment is in good working order
* The ability to train and certify installers in the correct application methods for Henry's spray polyurea and other AWP products
* Assess and train new technicians
* Conduct Product Knowledge trainings to general contractors and installers
* Identify and report market intelligence on product, program, shipping, and market segments.
* Collaborate with other Company personnel as required to provide technical assistance, training, project-start-up, dealer assistance, contractor assistance, problem resolution,
* Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree or in lieu of, High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of equivalent industry

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

* Ability to travel 70% of the
* Ability to read and interpret construction documents and
* A basic understanding of the mechanics/electrical workings of spray equipment
* Cohesive interpersonal and relationship-building skills at multiple
* Solution-oriented and innovative thinking
* Developed organizational skills, intuition, and reasoning
* High energy, self-directed, professionally confident, and self-motivated.
* Approachable, collaborative, and presents with appropriate business
* Self-manage priorities and deadlines. Ability to set and manage own travel and meeting.
