JOB SUMMARY

FEA coordinators are responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day management of FEA employers. When a client under the FEA model is approved for services and meets with their program/service coordinator or support broker, the FEA coordinator takes their completed packet and sets up FEIN's, creates unemployment and withholding accounts, and files powers of attorneys for our assigned FEA employers. If they cancel their services with us, the FEA coordinator is responsible for revoking all of the accounts and powers of attorney.

JOB DUTIES

  • Collaborate with stakeholders regarding the delivery of services, as needed, based on program requirements
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct advanced reporting and oversight activities
  • Demonstrate dependability
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exhibit computer efficiency
  • Handle complex special projects
  • Assist the FEA Manager to lead, supervise and complete special projects
  • Maintain necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate workflow
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Participate in professional development and training activities
  • Prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
  • Provide peer mentoring, training, and oversight to coworkers
  • Apply for and terminate FEIN's for assigned FEA employers
  • Open and terminate unemployment and withholding accounts for assigned FEA employers
  • File and revoke powers of attorney for assigned FEA employers
  • Lead implementation of new lines of service for FEA department
  • Provide customer service support for escalated issues
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma preferred
  • 2 years previous CDCN experience preferred
  • Combination of education and experience
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone, and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
