Our client, a leading brand in luxury retail, is seeking a Facilities Associate to join their Long Island City, Queens team. The hours are 8am-4pm and this role is in the office five days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance support and serve as point of contact for facilities inquiries
• Clean/mop the office, shred documents, and perform machine maintenance
• Stock kitchens, wash dishes, and make coffee
• Arrange catering for meetings/internal events
• Take inventory of supplies

Qualifications:

• 1+ year in a facilities related role
• Strong communication skills and a "no task big or too small" mentality
• Capable of lifting and carrying heavy items

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $58,500 base depending on experience + bonus
• 401K with match
