Develop and implement experiential and career learning activities within the university, assisting with overall planning and operational activities of the program

Boise State University's School of Public Service is dedicated to excellence in innovative teaching, cutting-edge scholarship, and meaningful community outreach, serving the State of Idaho, region, national, and global communities. The school is composed of rich and diverse academic programs, including Criminal Justice, Political Science, and Public Policy and Administration, as well as interdisciplinary programs such as Environmental Studies, Global Studies, and Urban Studies. The mission of the school is supported by a variety of centers and institutes that facilitate research and public engagement.
Level Scope:
Recognized subject matter expert who knows how to apply theory and put it into practice with in-depth understanding of the professional field with limited oversight from managers. Independently performs the full range of responsibilities within the function; requires deep job knowledge of area typically obtained through higher education combined with experience. Manages large projects or processes and problems faced are difficult and often complex; analyzes problems/issues of diverse scope and determines solutions. May manage programs that include formulating strategies and administering policies, processes, and resources; functions with a high degree of autonomy. Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures.
