With Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation in Bethel, Alaska, you'll serve the over 50 rural communities in the Yukon Delta Region who come to us for care. Serving the people of Southwestern Alaska, the Yukon-Kuskokwim Hospital is a 50-bed general acute care medical facility. Fully accredited by The Joint Commission, services include adult med/surg, pediatrics, obstetrics, emergency room, as well as outpatient family medicine clinics, pharmacy, lab, and imaging.

Position Summary:
Performs standard and advanced secretarial duties for an executive of YKHC. Handles matters of a routine nature to relieve officials of clerical work and administrative and business detail.

Position Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) years experience with general office procedures or completion of Office Procedures program.
  • Valid Alaska Driver's License.
  • Office machinery experience.
  • Knowledge of computer application; word and excel. Ability to utilize standard office equipment. Works with minimum supervision. Works well with other departmental staff at all times. Good human relations and oral/written communication skills.
