Executive Assistant to $120K! - Work for an Innovative Technology Company!

An innovative technology company is seeking a flexible, intelligent and proactive executive assistant to support high-level executives! In this role, you will directly support C-Level executives, ensure that they are prepared for meetings, commitments, and other obligations, provide exemplary calendar support, travel booking, and related expense reporting, assisting with meeting agendas, coordinating with Human Resources to provide first-in-class candidate experience for a rapidly expanding team, work on company events, and special projects as needed. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, eight or more years of experience as an Executive Assistant, three or more years supporting at the C-Suite level, exceptional organizational and communication skills, ability to problem-solve in fast-paced environments, and is proficient in the Microsoft Suite.
