EverCommerce is looking for an experienced Sr. Marketing Manager, Payments Channel to develop and manage our channel marketing programs for our Payment Solutions' Integrated Partner Channel/Program (IPC).

You are a builder who can artfully switch between big picture thinking and tactical execution, as you evolve the overall channel marketing program. You love working collaboratively, with both internal stakeholders & partners alike, to execute on sales and marketing initiatives that drive channel acquisition and revenue growth. You thrive in a high-profile role and are comfortable interfacing with marketing and sales leadership as well as Executive level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with internal, cross-functional teams and our channel partners to listen, learn, and implement compelling sell-through programs to drive new payment client acquisitions and payments adoption
  • Create and execute joint go-to-market plans with integration partners including positioning/messaging, training & enablement, promotions, content creation, event execution and demand generation
  • Position EverCommerce's payment integration as the solution of choice for our target audience
  • Nurture strategic relationships with partner's sales and marketing teams to advocate payment solutions, to drive growth and revenue for both our partners and EverCommerce
  • Build, and expand, a selection of repeatable campaigns for demand generation and pipeline creation
  • Work jointly with Sales leaders to identify opportunities to improve performance, drive revenue, and track key performance indicators to ensure success; analyze and interpret data to refine/adjust GTM strategy and plans to maximize market impact
  • Execute, manage, monitor, and report on results of initiatives and programs
  • Identify opportunities to invest Market Development Funds (MDF) that create additional sell-through and/or end-user payments adoption across major partners
  • Produce marketing materials for our partners including sales collateral, case studies, landing pages, email content, and other materials as required
  • Stay current on the market and industry standards of payments and key partners to influence positioning and channel communications/messaging
  • Track KPIs and conduct regular business reviews and provide suggestions for improvements

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed across North America, with more than 40 office locations in the U.S. and Canada. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States; if you're near one of our offices and want to work in-office, we can set that up, or this role can be 100% remote. You must be eligible to work in the United States in order to qualify for this role.

Experience and Skills:
  • Broad marketing background required including experience developing and executing all aspects of channel marketing programs and associated metric management
  • Experience with business-to-business demand generation including campaign creation and execution, event management, multi-channel marketing (including multi-touch marketing automation-based campaigns)
  • Knowledge and/or experience in driving both Sell-To and Sell-Through initiatives
  • Strong collaborator who works well in cross-functional and remote environments, including knowledge of executing in a matrixed environment
  • Strategic thinker able to tailor value propositions across diverse businesses in our ISV target
  • Experience with merchant acquisition and/or integrated payments a huge plus
  • Proficient with major CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce and Marketo
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills. Writing samples will be requested.
  • Experience in creating compelling messages for target markets. Production of content assets.

Compensation: The base salary for this role is $110,000 - $125,000 annually in Denver and most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
