A privately owned retail construction company based in Raleigh, NC. We are a leading commercial general contractor providing comprehensive construction-related services, with specialization in retail projects. We were found in 1974 and rapidly growing with 150+ employees. As a company that's been operating for over 40 years, we are a responsive, approachable, committed to the owner's goals and eager to exceed expectations. We are licensed in a eleven-state area along the east coast. Here, we emphasis on design-build projects and long-term relationships with clients, employees, and vendors.

If you are a well-experience Estimator that specialize in retail construction, we want you to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing - Create comprehensive cost estimates for a wide variety of construction projects
- Survey potential sites for suitability and associate cost
- Verify vendor and subcontractor estimates fall within the defined scope
- Create estimates for all necessary insurance considerations
- Maintain client confidentiality
What You Need for this Position * Required: *
- At least 5+ years of retail construction experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/related field preferred, not required
- Proficiency in cost estimating software (MS Excel, etc.)
- Familiarity with construction practices, costs, and procedures
- Experience with vendor management and construction management
