Your new role
The job duties for this role include the following:
- Conducts quality improvement inspections within assigned areas of responsibility to ensure service quality
- Prepares master work and time schedules, coordinating vacation and holiday time and daily schedule
- Performs quality improvement initiatives
- Prepares necessary reporting to manager(s) and document results.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Proven experience with EVS (cleaning/janitorial) equipment
- Minimum 3 years within a Healthcare environment
- Strong communication, attention to detail and ability to motivate a team
- *Certified Healthcare Env. Service Professional or Certified Healthcare Env. Tech preferred*
