Expertise and Functions Conduct general administrative duties using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Produce professional correspondence, task assignment and tracking, cataloguing and filing, document control and inspection, inventory control, scheduling and appointment management Comply with documentation requirements of AS9100, ISO 9001, and company policies Implement Enterprise Resource Planning software in support of production/deliveries Produce Travelers and Work Instructions in a timely and accurate manner to support program objectives Prepare for and undergo audits of documentation, inventory and procedures Work independently and as part of a team Other duties as assigned
