Lasko Products, an industry leader in providing and manufacturing home environment products for over 100 years, is looking to add an Engineering Data Analyst to the team. This role will be based out of our West Chester, PA headquarters.

The Engineering Data Analyst will support the site system configurations, support continuous improvement initiatives, and apply BI principles to both application and system BI development. The ideal candidate will have the ability to construct and deliver a solution that meets the needs of multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver prioritized application features
• Proactively identify opportunities for application improvements for user experience and data collection
• Automate data extraction/transformation/loading process
• Analyze data errors for accuracy/consistency
• Analyze and solve complex logic problems
• Build dashboards in Power BI to help business make decisions faster
• Provide training related to data/reports to our users.
• Support all aspects of system testing related to reporting applications.
• Support system roll-out activities as needed

Qualifications

• 2 plus years of experience in Data Analytics
• Applied experience with coding language (SQL - preferred, Python, other)
• Experience with Visualization Software (QlikView, Tableau, PowerBI, other); Minitab & ETQ experience a plus
• System integration knowledge preferred
• Operations/quality experience a plus, but not required
• Ability to collaborate with both business and IT stakeholders
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Good critical thinking skills
• Good communication skills

Geographic Reach

Based in the greater Philadelphia, PA area, Lasko Products operates in locations throughout the US and Canada.
