What You Will Be Doing -Designs, develops, tests and supports electrical and/or electronic circuits for downhole and/or surface equipment.
-Troubleshoots, repairs and maintains electrical and/or electronic circuits for downhole and/or surface equipment.
-Develops specifications, process study, research investigation, and report preparation.
-Analyzes, modifies and designs for multiple projects and/or projects of great complexity requiring the independent application of advanced engineering techniques.
-Advises and handles field and manufacturing problems to maintain and improve products and services.
-Provide guidance to technicians and drafters and works with them to meet design standards.
-Organizes, structures and completes projects in an independent manner.
-Provides consultation and technology transfer to internal and external peers. Documents technology transfer when appropriate.
-Formulates and influences fundamental changes to company and industry sanctioned standards and specifications
-Contributes to inventions, patents, new designs or techniques.
-Incorporates reliability analyses as well as project management skills during the design process.
What You Need for this Position -Should be in electrical domain with embedded system and FW knowledge as well.
-Ideally 6+ years of experience
-Knowledge on Embedded systems and C programing, TCP/IP, Modbus, Linux OS
-Embedded Hardware design including DSP
-SPI / I2C / RS-232 / USB interface drivers
-PCB Design in Altium and/or KiCad
-ADC and DAC interface drivers
-Knowledge on Verilog and Python is added advantage
