Responsibilities:

  • As backup to Managing Director, assign and prioritize implementation requests through appropriate channels (Salesforce) and handle client problem escalations by engaging the appropriate parties (client, IT, Operations, Product, etc.).
  • Provide technical sales support and consultation related to complex or technically challenging implementations and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Create written product implementation procedures and/or job aids.
  • Provide internal training related to complex treasury products; share information related to new products, systems upgrades, and modifications to existing products or systems.
  • Communicate changes to relevant Policies and Procedures and the TPS Business Continuity Plan.
  • Participate in special projects, including client change requests, integration-related UAT testing, product migrations, process improvements, and other non-revenue-generating activities.
  • Implement technical or complex TM services including data exchange, custom file creation, integrated payables, ERP changes, retail lockbox, payment-link, e-lockbox, banking without borders (BOM), multi-bank reporting, auto-borrow and any esoteric services.
  • Establish detailed onboarding plans for clients with complex projects; manage client and internal business partner expectations throughout the process.
  • Work with clients to obtain additional information, forms, files, and quality control all documents prior to set-up.
  • Create client files and maintain accurate records, file correspondence on the Cash Management shared drive; upload correspondence and executed documents (Service Confirms) to Salesforce.
  • Establish client data transmissions and work with downstream/upstream third-party providers; evaluate and test client files; review results with clients and involve Operations or Product partners as needed.
  • Record progress of each implementation by providing regular updates to Salesforce and notify sales teams of obstacles or client objections.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to resolve any workflow, payments, transactions or other operational questions/issues posed by clients during the implementation process.
  • Follow-up with client after implementation to ensure client satisfaction; follow prescribed protocol for the client's "Transition to Service" and ongoing support.

Education, Skills & Experience

Education:
  • HS Diploma or GED - required
  • Bachelor's - preferred (no specific area of study/degree)
  • Specialized Training (desired but not required):
    • Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green/Black Belt certification
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
    • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation

Job Skills/Knowledge:
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
  • Experience presenting to internal and external customers
  • Extensive knowledge of technical aspects of treasury management products and services
  • Experience working in operational support units, project management, or training
  • Expertise with SalesForce and MS Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook
The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 USD to $130,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
