Responsibilities

  • Own intake process for new work affecting multiple product teams within or between value streams
  • Interfaces with finance for budget & resourcing
  • Prioritizes cross-product initiatives and updates product roadmaps
  • Maintains product area backlog of requests at the epic level
  • Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure new epic level requests proceed through intake to prioritization
  • Elevates potential 'backlog breaking' requests or urgent prioritization concerns to senior leadership as needed
  • Coordinate monthly portfolio review meetings to approve impact to committed deliverables from new epic level requests
  • Communicate decisions, priorities, and other relevant cross-product initiative information to appropriate stakeholders
  • Coordinates aggregated team-level KPIs and metrics in order to report out to senior leadership
  • Identifies and communicates opportunities to discontinue ongoing work when business value is not being realized
  • Create and follow a repeatable model to stand-up agile teams that will help streamline and ensure consistency when scaling agile across the organization
  • Follow-up with relevant stakeholders involved in standing-up Agile teams to ensure that they are set-up for success
  • Facilitates quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning across all value streams to synchronize, collaborate and align on workflows, objectives, releases and budget.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be able to interface across both technology and business stakeholders at an executive level
  • Ability to navigate technology enterprise and provide guidance and influence decisions to facilitate results management and drive business value conversations
  • Understanding of financial planning at a cross-product level
  • Ability to lead and contribute to vision and roadmap for global customer technology
  • BS/BA required
  • Masters in applicable field preferred
  • 10+ years people leadership experience leading programs, operation teams or digital product teams across an organization and reporting to executives
  • 10+ years relevant digital work experience preferably consumer and customer facing sectors
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process
  • In-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trends
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Creative and innovative thinker
