Job Profile Summary

  • Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion. Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management
  • Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost. Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions

Skills/Accountabilities

  • Project Management - Develop project schedules, defines project objectives, sets goals and determines measures to track progress. (Expert)
  • Presentation - Delivering effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences. Ability to persuasively get a message across to the listeners. (Advanced)
  • Leadership - Motivates, manages, leads by example, manages stress & demonstrates patience. Coaches and develops employees. (Advanced)
  • Facilitation - To make plans or arrangements; make something possible thorough preparation and planning. (Advanced)
  • Research - Ability to assess a situation, seek multiple perspectives, gather more information if necessary, and identify key issues that need to be addressed. Identify, scrutinize, improve, and streamline complex work processes through highly analytical thinking and analysis. (Advanced)
  • Analysis - Examines data and facts to uncover and understand cause-effect relationships, thus providing basis for problem solving and decision making. (Expert)
  • Planning- Making or carrying out plans by establishing goals, policies, and procedures. (Expert)

Education & Experience / Licenses & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree with emphasis on Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent

  • 5+ years previous relevant work experience

  • Staff supervision, coaching, (at least 2 years supervisory experience)
