Apply now for the position of Director of Quality- Americas, and you will manage a team of 6+ team members and be responsible for the effectiveness, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Customer Services (CS) processes.

Your role:

  • You will be the Head of CS QT AM Team and be the regional representative on CS Quality related topics for your local CS colleagues as well as for other areas like manufacturing units.
  • You will oversee the implementation of CS global policies and requirements, driving alignment of regional guidelines with global directions & strategy.
  • You will take care that your team members have the required capabilities to execute current and future work packages and deliver the team's objectives.
  • You will successfully manage all assigned quality processes with global reach while ensuring quality targets.
  • You will lead the local audit management in alignment with the global audit plan for internal, external and supplier audits as well as participate in audits.
  • You will advise countries in the AM region on the implementation of quality topics in our directives addressed to the country service organizations.
Your Expertise:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience in engineering, scientific or biomedical discipline with at least 7 years of experience as Quality Manager in the medical device environment.
  • Knowledge of Quality and Process Management requirements relevant for Siemens Healthineers worldwide medical device business (e.g. ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820 QSR, EU MDR)
  • 3+ years of auditing experience supporting qualification (according to ISO 19011)
  • 3+ years leading global quality or a regulatory team.
  • Showing a high flexibility by self-prioritization of projects and tasks under changing job requirements
  • Strong intercultural sensitivity and collaboration
