Job Duties:

Develop human capital strategies to identify competency, knowledge and/or talent gaps and develop specific programs to fill the gaps; Understand, evaluate and improve on existing workforce planning, talent development and talent acquisition processes through on-boarding, performance management, leadership development and career and succession planning programs for all levels of the organization; Evaluate existing talent acquisition efforts against the growing and changing needs of the business and make appropriate recommendations to ensure the attraction, selection, development and retention of the best possible talent to support business objectives; Create and reinforce a differentiated employer brand, and support, as appropriate, regional leaders with specific geographic challenges in attracting the best talent; Ensure a high performance and positive culture focusing on retention and engagement aligning with the values of the organization to ensure accountability and productivity; Oversee appropriate reward systems and strategies for all levels of the organization both field and corporate and work closely with the Total Rewards COE team in developing a compensation and performance management philosophy that drives appropriate and measurable behaviors and business outcomes; Strengthen and develop high potential leaders through appropriate development programs for succession and retention purposes and ensure effective training and development for employees at all levels of the business; and Foster a positive environment by modeling cultural expectations and guiding leaders to reward performance and value \"can do\" people, accountability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration and creativity.

Primary Education Required:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Industrial Labor Relations

Primary Experience Required:

Five years of professional experience in a human resource managerial role

Special Requirements:

Five years of professional experience in a human resource managerial role with an international organization of at least 10,000 employees globally with an Asia Pacific (APAC) operation directing HR management for at least 500 employees; supporting globally located teams across multiple office locations, including APAC based teams, in sales, operations, finance or capital markets; working in a matrixed global organization across different departments, time zones, cultures and varying country employment laws; advising and guiding at C-Suite level or organizationally equivalent levels; acting as an advisor to senior leaders to manage strategic and tactical priorities for business success and driving then implementation of people programs and plans; managing and leading Strategic People Plan of merger and acquisition or similar business integration or change projects; serving as an HR business lead for compensation processes, operating as an in-business specialist or expert on compensation matters; leading performance management, corrective action and investigations for the business, up to and including termination of employment and reductions in force; and producing and analyzing data, to develop analytically supported solutions for people related matters. Position requires domestic travel at least once per month.
