The Director, IMO will support the development, implementation, and sustainability of post-merger integration efforts and other transformation projects. The department works with senior executives across corporate functions to identify approaches and solutions, plan execution, and ensure effective implementation. Reporting to the Head of Organizational Design, the Director will have a unique opportunity to own and coordinate critical initiatives across a broad set of functions while collaborating with executive and senior leadership. The role requires comfort working independently while embracing ambiguity and problem solving as well as experience with engaging across all levels of the organization and a willingness to apply a hands-on approach to drive program-level success.

Experiences that will support your success

  • Proven leadership of mid to large post-merger integration projects in the U.S., outside the U.S. or both
  • Experience in cross-functional, complex program management including risk management, tracking, and reporting
  • Experience in planning and delivering integration, business transformation and change management programs
  • 10 years of overall business experience & 3-5+ years of professional experience in corporate development/M&A, PMO/IMO structures, business strategy, business planning, strategic development or similar verticals or comparable time in investment banking or consulting
  • Demonstrated track record of managing complex cross-functional projects
  • History of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing parallel work streams and priorities with multiple stakeholders
  • Consumer packaged goods experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required and Master's degree preferred
  • Portuguese language fluency desired
