Working independently and strategically through a team, the Director of Finacnial Planning & Analysis leads, oversees, and contributes to corporate FP&A including forecasting, planning, financial analysis, capital planning, long range strategic financial planning, internal financial reporting, cost control, business processes and financial systems. Develops team to provide financial analysis and related strategic recommendations to management of all facets of the company's business. Associate will interact with his or her supervisor and senior leadership as needed. This role is generally characterized by high levels of enterprise-level scope; strategic, functional, and relational complexity, and a high level of independent decision making

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver corporate wide financial performance decision support

- Consolidate, verify and analyze all global financial plans and forecasts.

- Develop and implement long range strategic planning, financial and business analytic processes, optimizing the commercialization plans for the output of product, marketing, and brand innovations. Including capital allocation methodologies and capitalization plans

- Lead the global annual operating planning process and periodic forecasting processes.

- Measure and analyze Company performance, providing insightful decision support

- Develop and implement optimized capitalization and capital allocation and control processes for global business

- Advance the financial Business Intelligence/analytics and reporting function

- Provide functional support for domestic and international management in their operations and provide insight and financial analysis to optimize business performance in support of each functional business leader.

- Develop Enterprise Project Management office to support the management and execution of cross functional initiatives
