Overview

The Director, Digital Marketing is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed care givers who ensure that patients, families and significant others receive individualized high quality, safe patient care. It is expected that all RN Clinical Nurses - are licensed, knowledgeable and uphold the practice of nursing as outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and implements the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards put forth by the American Nurses Association.

Overview

As we continue to grow, our Brand and Marketing Team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Digital Marketing to lead our owned channels strategy and drive our digital presence to new heights. Position Overview: As the Director of Digital Marketing, for OWNED CHANNELS, you will be responsible for developing and executing our owned channels strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive revenue growth. You will oversee a team of digital marketing professionals, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to create compelling digital experiences. Your expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization will be instrumental in achieving our business goals.

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilites and Essential Functions

  • Overall Strategy
    - Develop and execute a comprehensive owned channels strategy, including website, email marketing, mobile apps, social media, and other digital assets, aligned with overall marketing objectives.
    - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and propose innovative strategies to enhance our digital presence.
    - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across owned channels, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and increase ROI.
    - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including data privacy laws, and maintain a strong focus on ethical marketing practices.
  • Integration
    - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall brand messaging, service line initiatives, and seasonal/awareness campaigns.
    - Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support the implementation of digital marketing initiatives when necessary.
  • Channel Specific Responsibilities
    - Oversee the development and optimization of the company's website, ensuring a seamless user experience, effective information architecture, and strong conversion funnels.
    - Oversee the planning and execution of data-driven email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive revenue growth, leveraging automation and personalization techniques.
    - Oversee the management of the company's social media presence, developing strategies to increase engagement, grow the follower base, and drive traffic to owned channels.
    - Led a team of digital marketing professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive high performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Qualifications
    Required Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline. Required
  • Required Minimum Experience

  • Minimum 7 years Proven experience in digital marketing in an Advertising Agency or Corporate, with a focus on owned channels, preferably in a leadership role. Preferred and
  • Experience in highly-regulated, privacy-focused industry Preferred
  • Required Minimum Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, best practices, and emerging trends across multiple channels, including websites, email marketing, mobile apps, and social media. High
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective owned channel strategies that drive brand visibility, engagement, and revenue growth. High
  • Proficiency in using web analytics tools, email marketing platforms, content management systems (CMS), and social media management tools. Google MarTech stack, including GA4 knowledge, is required. High
  • A deep understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and backlink strategies, is essential to improve organic search rankings. High
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, derive insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and drive ROI. High
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams. High
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners, across different levels of seniority and business functions. High
  • Proactive mindset, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. High
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in digital marketing. High
  • Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacri?cing quality High
