This role will be responsible for generating B2B demand within key accounts and net new prospects. A successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, have a proven track record of creating and executing digital marketing plans that support the entire customer journey from lead generation to new sales, retention, and cross-sell. This person should be experienced in translating data into action-items and data-driven analyses to allocate marketing resources in a way that will maximize our marketing impact.

The candidate will manage direct reports and lead cross-functional teams. They must be an excellent communicator who is able to aggregate information from multiple stakeholders and sources to create a shared marketing vision to support our organizational goals. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to toggle between leading the strategy and driving the execution of digital marketing plans. The person leading this team should have the ability to independently lead projects, while also being a great team-player with a good eye for detail and outstanding organization skills.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work closely with Performance Marketing Segment Directors to develop and implement campaign strategies to drive awareness, consideration, and ultimately pipeline and revenue growth
  • Lead campaign execution and implementation on lead nurturing, email, ABM, chat, including new logo/customer acquisition, client communications, cross-sell, and upsell
  • Assist in the development of "pre, during, and post" B2B marketing strategies, communications, and materials including emails, webinars, tradeshows, social media strategies and more to meet MQL targets for driving sales pipeline
  • Lead and mentor members of the digital marketing team
  • Work closely with the Commercial Operations team to implement and manage end-to-end reporting and attribution from early indicators to closed won revenue
  • Monitor performance by marketing channel and develop action items based upon performance
  • Optimize web presence to improve conversion rate and engagement
  • Identify opportunities to innovate current processes and tech stack to identify unknown contacts on named accounts, generate net new leads, and elevate demandgen
  • Assist with the strategy and execution of ABX campaigns through an industry-leading technology platform
  • Manage agency relationships to improve the performance of paid search, paid social, display, OTT, and other digital activities
  • Influence multi-disciplinary collaboration across Product Marketing, Segment Marketing, Commercial Leadership, Commercial Operations, Content & Design, Digital Marketing, and agencies to achieve organizational goals
  • Remain at the forefront of healthcare marketing trends by conducting market analysis and competitive benchmarking and translating learnings into actionable insights to shape marketing plans

What we're looking for:

We are looking for diverse individuals who want to support our mission and values.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 7-10 years data-driven digital marketing experience, supporting B2B growth
  • Experience collaborating with and leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience in developing B2B marketing strategies, plans and digital campaigns and tracking their performance; healthcare preferred
  • Digital media expertise required
  • Experience developing and implementing attribution models utilizing Salesforce data
  • Experience working in Marketo and Salesforce preferred
  • Experience with other tech platforms a plus, but not required: GoToWebinar, Drift, ABM platforms, Invoca, Litmus, and Bizible
