LIFE St. Joseph of the Pines is currently seeking a Director of Clinical Operations. LIFE St. Joseph of the Pines, a member of Trinity Health PACE, provides a competitive compensation and benefit package that complements this opportunity for personal growth and professional advancement. This position is a full-time leadership position and reports to the Executive Director. The Director of Clinical Operations will be is responsibile for oversight of the delivery of all nursing services provided to the participants. Services may be delivered in the community, day center or the primary care clinic. Supervises and directs all clinical leaders and staff. Develops, implements, and manages ongoing measurement, action planning, and evaluation methods related to all dimensions of performance inclusive of budget, productivity, culture of safety, colleague engagement, participant satisfaction, physician satisfaction, and clinical outcome targets for the areas of responsibility.
LIFE St. Joseph of the Pines, located in Fayetteville, North Carolina is a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). PACE is a unique program which can assist elders to live safely at home or with their loved ones with the help of a team of health care professionals. PACE provides a full spectrum of health care services for frail elderly individuals certified to require nursing home care, and is centered around the belief that it is better for seniors with chronic care needs and their families to be served in the community wherever possible.
