Our client, a specialty manufacturing company, is actively seeking a permanent Client Services Associate to work directly with their clients! Dynamic interpersonal skills and vibrant communication skills are two must haves!

About You:

• 1+ year of customer service experience required
• 1+ year of clerical experience required
• Incredible interpersonal skills to provide a high quality customer service experience
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A team player attitude with an, 'all hands on deck' mentality
• Ability to multitask and juggle responsibilities in a fast paced environment

The Job:

• Act as a main point of contact for external customers and clients regarding products, pricing, order processing, contract agreements, and other documents related to client orders
• Coordinate across departments including the sales team, finance and accounting, and production to ensure client orders and tracked and processed accurately
• Conduct research for customer inquiries to provide accurate and relevant answers
• Resolve customer issues, creatively solve problems and escalate cases when needed
• Represent the company with professionalism, responsiveness, and thoroughness

This direct hire position is paying up to $40,000 annually depending on experience, and is moving rather quickly!
