To prep, organize, prepare, and supply various food items pertaining to the salad bars, cold and hot food stations, and to-order service stations in one of the Residential Dining Halls; assists cooks by combining ingredients, portioning, and serving from prepared to-order stations; maintains proper food handling and storage techniques to eliminate waste and spoilage; will work within a diverse workforce; works directly with the customers. This position is located in Shaw Hall.
Unit Specific Education/Experience/SkillsOne year of satisfactory experience as a worker in a food related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience; customer oriented and ability to anticipate needed changes in service and customer demands; skilled in taking initiative and being highly flexible.

Monday & Tuesday 12pm-8:30pm Wednesday OFF. Thursday 7am-3:30pm Friday 6am-2:30pm Alt Weekends 8am-4:30pm
