Use your expertise across digital channels to increase awareness and enrollment for a community college committed to student equity and success, community connections, and employee and organizational excellence. This full-time position reports to the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications and is responsible for the development, implementation and optimization of marketing and communications strategies and campaigns across the digital landscape.

Responsibilities

Lead the department's digital team, which includes Web development and social media roles.

Devise and execute strategies to drive traffic to the college's main .edu website and other sites, including the development, creation and ongoing management of all SEO/SEM, email, organic social, paid social and display advertising campaigns.

Work with the director, department managers, and other staff to ensure integration between online and offline efforts.

Continue to optimize the college's website for maximum usability, engagement and conversion.

Plan, execute and measure all related web and mobile testing.

Measure and report performance of all digital assets, including paid marketing campaigns, website traffic, and social media.

Synthesize and share insights to drive action.

Identify digital trends and insights and leverage those trends to further optimize digital efforts, spend and performance to drive inquiry flow.

Evaluate customer research and competitor data to review and recommend new technologies to keep the college at the forefront of developments in digital marketing and communication.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

Minimum of five years' professional work experience required

Two years' leadership or project management experience required.

Demonstrated experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns as described above.

Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently, cooperatively and maintain confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications required.

Working knowledge of web development a plus.

Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
