The Role:

The Marketing-Communications team seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Content Writer to meet our expanding ambitions for high-value digital communications. Using your authentic-storytelling skills, you will help drive the firm's brand voice on our website and in digital marketing projects. You have a knack for writing engaging copy that conveys complex ideas to different audiences while optimizing it for digital readers and search engines.

You will collaborate with technical leaders and department colleagues across the organization on a wide variety of writing assignments. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to have a direct impact on how we connect with our diverse audiences and show how we're achieving our goal to be the global driver of change and innovation for our industry.

Responsibilities:

• Create content for various platforms, including blogs and thought leadership pieces, project profiles, website landing, and service pages, ad copy, brochures, email marketing, and other marketing and communication initiatives
  
• Establish SEO best practices, such on-page/off-page optimization, cross-linking, page length, and quality.
  
• Assist in content strategy development for new digital writing initiatives that align with the firm's strategic objectives
  
• Experience or interest in architecture, engineering, and construction or related industries.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field
  
• 4-plus years of digital communications experience
  
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills. Visual storytelling skills are a plus
  
• Has a sense for a story and takes the initiative to seize the opportunity
  
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and optimization stays up to date on SEO trends and recommends improvements.
  
• Committed to follow-up, and follow-through, and can handle delicate, time-sensitive information and requests with diplomacy and a constructive, can-do mindset.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams. Experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Adobe Suite (Photoshop and InDesign), WordPress, and Drupal is a plus
