Our client, a leading tech company in the food space, is looking for a Digital Asset Manager. The ideal candidate for this role has 5+ years of Digital Asset Management, library management, database management and studio experience.

What you'll be doing:


Developing, executing, and improving upon asset management and maintenance plans for brand management
Drive DAM work including uploading, auditing, and process improvement
Work with vendor CSMs, support teams, and ensure that all support requests are taken care of quickly
Develop and maintain systems documentation
Monitor usage, storage, and reporting on usage
Troubleshoot for users to ensure systems are working properly
Enforce system structures and taxonomies
Perform user management duties, tracking users, assigning profiles, etc
Provide research, analysis and implementation of special project support
Continuously look to improve the process and systems
Other tasks may apply


About you:


5+ years of Digital Asset Management experience
Bachelor's degree is required
Experience with library management, database management and working in a studio environment
Experience managing complex project plans
Experience with creative and production process and workflows
Experience deploying and managing software systems
Bonus if you have Binder and Wrike experience
Analytical mindset who likes to solve issues
Team player who partners and supports their colleagues
