Development Accountants- Mid and Senior * Hybrid Remote- Must be in Dallas TX Area *
* Title *: Development Accountant, Commercial Real Estate - Hiring Mid and Senior level!
* Salary *: $75k-$100k DOE, + 10-20% Bonus Flexible PTO, 100% Employer Paid Comprehensive Insurance Plan, AWESOME Culture!

What You Need for this Position *Must have*
Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting Required
2+ years of accounting experience Plus the following:


*Nice to have *
- public accounting is preferred but not required
- real estate or construction general ledger experience
- Yardi experience, specifically job cost module a plus
- -- acquisitions, land, and development projects preferred
What You Will Be Doing Review general ledger monthly and quarterly to ensure proper GAAP recording of income, expense and balance sheet items for all acquisitions, land, and development projects.
Complete the development accounting close for development pipeline buildings and land held for development.
Act as an accounting liaison to regional development managers, providing assistance and training as needed.
Prepare and/or review all monthly development and land loan draws and attend draw meetings.
