Design Strategist REMOTE - UX, Mobile, Web We are one of the most technologically driven health care companies in America. We are in growth mode and we are seeking a UX Designer with Mobile and web app development experience to join our growing team.
What You Will Be Doing Projects range from customer-facing websites and mobile apps to internal, employee-facing tools.
Create user journey maps, document workflows, wire frames, interaction concepts and prototypes to validate designs and improve the user experience of new and existing products.
Collaborate with teammates and internal stakeholders to help guide the projects' requirements, strategy, and timeline.
Successfully work with designers, developers, project managers, and other internal teams to optimize processes for user-centered design thinking.
Participate in defining and driving strategic direction from a user experience perspective.
Present findings and design outcomes to stakeholders and internal teams.
Work on several projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Conduct design driven workshops and promote design thinking processes and principles.
What You Need for this Position 5+ long stretches of collaboration plan or client experience, planning web and portable applications (or identical experience).


" Four year certification in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Interaction Design, Human-PC connection or a comparable degree liked.
" Solid plan portfolio showing methodical and innovative plan thinking.
" A comprehension of web and portable plan examples and best practices.
" Alright with configuration instruments like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and so on
" Experience in idea ideation, plan procedure, and prototyping.
" Solid coordinated effort abilities with the capacity to present and impact different creators, POs, PM's and senior administration.
" Energy for plan with the capacity to impart your aptitude to partners
" Capacity to rapidly comprehend and take care of mind boggling issues
" Superb using time effectively, relational abilities, and exchange.
" Readiness to embrace change and take on to new instruments and work processes.
