Program Overview

Each intern is presented a real business challenge within their group that provides the opportunity to exchange ideas with subject matter experts for optimal learning and development that leads to real solutions. However, we aren't ALL business. Throughout the semester, our University Relations team hosts exclusive events such as featured executive lunch & learns, plant tours, personal & professional development sessions and intern socials.

Your Role

As a design intern, you will work with the design team to develop, catalog and modify patterns for new product introductions. You will also create digital renderings for the patterns currently in our product library and populate them onto the digital library for the product development team to easily access and choose from for advance development and rapid turnaround. The design intern will develop a presentation template and sign-off process for the process that will consider all stake holders for ease of use and transition from development to scale up in production.

Qualifications

• At the time of internship Enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
• Minimum 2.7 GPA
• Completed freshman year of courses
• Interns should have no connection to competitors since the nature of their work is confidential
