RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Demand Manager in Sarasota, FL.Rsponsibilities:

• Manage SKU-level forecasts within Logility, implementing best-fit statistical models supplemented with feedback from key stakeholders
• Lead the Demand Review Process with Sales and Product Management
• Integrate the Demand Review results into the Executive S&OP process
• Take a lead role in the Executive S&OP meeting, presenting the plan to executive leadership
• Demonstrated competency presenting to C-suite is a must
• Timely communication of information to all stakeholders using the appropriate communication method
• Consult with functional teams such as supply planners, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and product management to obtain relevant data and insights on demand
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to influence the demand on the supply chain and prioritize demand for order fulfillment based on business objectives and customer segmentation
• Participate as the demand owner in the company's S&OP process, to enable demand-supply balancing analysis
• Drive improvement in the company's key metrics, including forecast accuracy, fill rate, inventory turns, SMOG and EBITDA
• Develop additional demand planning KPI's and methodologies to drive best practices and continuous improvement
• Ensure accuracy in the data and settings and troubleshoot system issues as needed
• Support business, marketing, inventory or production strategies, and organizational / supply chain improvement opportunities to meet market needs and the company's growth initiatives
• Lead cross-functional projects
• Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with all stakeholders
• Recruit, supervise and coach staff and direct day to day administrative duties

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS/BA in Supply Chain management, logistics, finance, engineering, mathematics, statistical analysis or related major required
• APICS certification a plus
• 3-5 years of planning experience in a multi-product / multi-locations environment, preferably consumer packaged goods
• Project management experience
• Ability to successfully communicate with Finance, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Management
• Experience with Logility planning software or comparable application
• Advanced data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or similar tools
• Action oriented with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and adapt
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with changing priorities
• Willingness to -roll up sleeves- daily to be involved in getting the work done is a requirement
• Ability to build relationships and maintain rapport with manufacturing group as well as Managers and Executive Leadership
• Approachable with the capability of coaching and mentoring team to optimize performance
• Skills - good communicator, time management, operations analysis, project manager, active listener, supervisory and persuasive
• Travel up to 20%
