RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client, a growing and innovative healthcare technology firm in Burlington, MA that is seeking an experienced Database Developer/Database Administrator (DBA).Responsibilities Include:- Database Developer/Database Administrator will develop and support production MySQL databases
- Develop and optimize database design for new applications
- Database implementation, performance tuning, and capacity planning
- Troubleshoot database issues
- As a Database Developer/Database Administrator, you will plan and execute for database scalability
- Monitor and optimize database performance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- 4+ years of related Database Development and Database Administration experience
- Strong SQL, T-SQL, or PL/SQL programming skills
- Strong knowledge of MySQL database
- Knowledge of database performance and capacity planning
