RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Columbus, OH that is seeking a Data Engineer.Summary:Our client - a leader in the Healthcare Software space is seeking an Healthcare ETL / Data Integrations SQL Developer to develop, maintain, and deploy data integrations, pipelines, and all related data warehouse structures. In addition, the Data Engineer will also possess knowledge regarding how to integrate information technologies into clinical and business processes and the effective application of industry and organizational technology standards. Responsibilities:- Owns development, testing, maintenance, and integration of applications / systems / data
- Leverages integration tools to build, maintain, and implement our data warehouse solutions
- Gets to know the supported business area(s), have an awareness of related objectives and challenges
- Works as an internal consultant, and mentors to more junior with task-level leadership, guidance, and direction
- Focus on accuracy and quality, while delivering on time
- Pursue continuous process improvements
- Keep an eye on security and privacy to protect confidential data
- Building out data lake and power platforms; Data from paychecks; Azure Datafactory
- Helping with the integrations of the companies they acquire
- Working Alteryx (EZ Morph)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, a related degree or equivalent work experience
- Communicates well; Will be communicating across teams and with C-level potentially
- Self-starter
- Agile mindset and iterative development process
- Experience with Databricks is a highly desired
- Drive coding quality through established coding standards
- Motivating, self-driven and a problem-solver
- ETL with SSIS or Azure Data Factory
- Multiple Scripting Languages like Python, PHP, etc. (Linux / Unix / Windows), and API Integrations
- ETL experience using a wide range of tools ie. SSIS, Azure Data, Health Information Exchanges, EHRs, etc.
- SQL Development (Stored procedures)
- BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy)
- Cloud-Based Data Warehousing (Azure)
- Data modeling and analysis
- SQL Development (Stored procedures)
- * PowerBI
- PowerApps
- Power Automate
- Azure; Azure Datafactory; Provisioning; Azure SQL, ADF and DevOps
- SQL
- Databricks
- Multiple Scripting Languages like Python, PHP, etc (Linux / Unix / Windows), and API Integrations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
