RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Data Analyst.The Data Analyst will write SQL queries to generate datasets required for the various dashboards and reports, and develop dashboards and reports to monitor daily/weekly/monthly operational and financial data (inventory levels, shipment volume, etc.). The Data Analyst will build automated reports and processes to share data with key internal and external stakeholders, optimize data structures, models, and routines currently in place, and work with key stakeholders to develop new data models and processes to optimize operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
• 3+ years' experience in an Analytical oriented role
• Past experience/exposure to logistics operations preferred
• Advanced level knowledge of SQL (read/write, database design, etc.)
• Intermediate/advanced level knowledge of Excel
• Intermediate/advanced level knowledge of statistical programming & modeling (SAS, R, etc.)
• Strong mathematical & analytical skills
• Strong communication & networking skills
