ADP is hiring a Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will…serve as an assistant to our Client Services team. You will respond to basic inquiries regarding ADP products, resolve routine customer inquiries with pre-defined solutions, and learn and navigate ADP systems in order to respond to issues.

Day-to-Day: The nature of what you do every day will not change - your #1 goal is to help our Account Managers and Client Service Managers with client tasks, projects, and data entry. Still, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each representative. There will be no shortage of new questions you'll receive, which will keep things interesting, and our top-ranked training will help to set you up for success!

To thrive in this role, you have a strong relationship and interpersonal skills, are comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards, and shine with professionalism. Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for our clients and associates to understand and take action on. Pace should not scare you. What you'll do:

What you can expect on a typical day:

  • Team Support. You will help our team with routine data entry tasks as well as complex data analysis. Support might also involve partnering with multiple business units and teams for troubleshooting and delivering a seamless client experience.
  • Learn. You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on tax credits, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to develop and maintain your ability to support our clients.
  • Organize. You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound task requests.
