We are immediately hiring for a Customer Service Representative who specializes in Order Entry. The position is full time, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm : NO WEEKENDS! We offer benefits and room to grow.
Duties:
- Enter all incoming orders via phone and email
- Review product and pricing details with customer
- Ensure all customer and billing information is accurate
- Provide updates on orders
- Process returns [RMA's] as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience with order entry in a manufacturing company
- Proficient in MS Office
