This key position on the Walmart sales team is to assist in the management of a customer growth across adult innerwear categories. This individual will be responsible for sales analytics, product tracking and assisting in tactical execution in partnership with sales, planning and marketing teams. This candidate will need to have strong organizational, analytical and communication skills to deliver sales and profit growth at Walmart and This role is responsible for providing support to the Senior Manager(s) and Hbi cross-functional teams to drive topline sales. This successful individual must be a self-starter, collaborative and have a strong desire to learn the categories of business.


  • Individual needs to have deep passion for learning with an entrepreneurial spirit. Must have the ability to be analytical and creative in order to think outside the box to be a solutions provider.
  • Exhibits understanding of the marketing, product development and sales process with the ability to communicate and execute against key strategies to drive both sales and profitability.
  • Serve as a communication link between HBI internal team - Senior Manager, customer operations, customer service, marketing and merchandising and other cross functional areas on program execution.
  • Responsible for complete knowledge of specific brands, a broad knowledge of account and retailer ecommerce knowledge of product categories.
  • Responsible for new item creation including POG, UPC templates and launch to the sales floor. Also assists with the execution of promotional (offshelf) event management.
  • Collaborate with account buying, business units, and planning team for the flawless executions of product shipments.
  • Participate in customer weekly state of the business calls with CMG teams to review the tactical needs of the business.
  • Must quickly develop an understanding of Walmart Omni Channel processes, strategies and financial metrics to communicate and collaborate with Hanesbrands business partners to drive the business.
  • Assist in the preparation of business reviews with cross functional Hanesbrands teams, including but not limited to, marketing, forecasting, planning, customer service, and design/merchandising.
  • Tracking of the sales, annual financial plans and progress against goals in conjunction with the Sr. Manager of Customer Development.


Category, Functional and Technical Knowledge

Successful incumbent must:
  • Must have strong communication and people skills; this position will demand strong cross functional relationships
  • Understanding of retail math
  • Functional knowledge in Microsoft office-especially Excel
  • Retail Link experience required with a working knowledge of item360, DSS reporting, NOVA and item setup preferred.
Experience/Skills/Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1 - 5 years of experience required or combination of experience and education.
  • Strong and Demonstrated Analytical Skills
  • Takes initiative and strong sense of urgency
  • Proven problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate effectiveness in management of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong PC skills
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills required
  • Strong dedication to team environment
